The Development Academy of the Philippines-Graduate School of Public and Development Management (DAP-GSPDM) and the Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center (ITRMC) forged a partnership to co-develop and implement innovative programs anchored on the Universal Health Care that will advance the futures of health in Region I.
One activity under the said collaboration is the continuing capacity building of healthcare practitioners in the region where DAP-GSPDM will roll out three Certificate Courses that will target the needs of ITRMC based on the result of the organizational assessment that was first conducted by the Graduate School in 2021.
The third certificate course to roll out is the Certificate Course on Hospital Quality Improvement (CCHQI) on February 3-22, 2022 with Dr. Madeleine Valera, Dr. Linda Buhat, and Dr. Bien Nillos as the faculty.
CCHQI presents an overview of the general concepts, principles, activities and benefits of undertaking quality improvement activities within the health organization. It will provide a step-by-step guide in implementing HQI activities. This course was developed to facilitate the process of institutionalizing and internalizing quality.
See you soon, dear co-learners!
