DAP Graduate School Holds Program Integration for MPM Devsec Batch 1 (Public Offering)
14 May 2022- The Academy’s Graduate School of Public and Development Management (GSPDM), through its Security Governance and Diplomacy Cluster (SGDC) held the Program Integration for the Co-Learners of the Master in Public Management major in Development and Security Batch 1 (Public Offering).
Dr. Lizan E. Perante-Calina, Dean of the DAP Graduate School, gave the welcome remarks and integration lecture. She mentioned that the students have been very strong in facing the challenges during the pandemic, becoming the manifestation of resiliency and turning wicked problems into wicked opportunities.
Dr. Reginald G. Ugaddan, DAP-GSPDM Faculty, discussed “Futures Thinking in the Philippine Public Sector: Harnessing Strategic Foresight towards an Anticipatory Mindset”. He emphasized using Futures Thinking in crafting public policies, managing public administration and its application to National Security.
Towards the end, a surprise video was shown to the co-learners, reminiscing their learning journey. To commemorate the Program Integration, a short virtual photo opportunity took place with the speakers, the Learning Management Team (LMT) and MPM DevSec co-learners.
MPM Devsec Batch 1 (Public Offering) is supervised by Ms. Alyn Joy D. Baltazar, SGDC Program Manager; and managed by Mr. Clemente I D. Vergara, MPM Devsec Batch 1 (Public Offering) Learning Manager.

25 May 2022 - DAP-GSPDM Dean Dr. Lizan Perante-Calina welcomes Misamis Occidental Governor-Elect Henry Oaminal at the DAP Graduate School.
Governor Oaminal expressed his interest in undergoing an executive course in setting the tone for the first 100 days to capacitate the Provincial Council and provincial department heads towards good local governance.
We also congratulate Misamis Occidental 2nd District Congressman-Elect Ando Oaminal who also previously underwent the same program during his previous term as mayor of Ozamiz City along with his City Council and department heads.
